At Petrolthreads we aim to please our customers; if you are not happy for any reason then just return your item to us unworn, for exchange or return, using the method below and within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items MUST be postmarked before this date, if not the return or exchange will be rejected and the items returned to you at the original order address.

Please note that the 14 day return is a strict policy, the only exception to which is item(s) gifted as a Christmas present, in which case we will allow 21 days after Christmas day (15th January) for exchange or return. Items MUST be postmarked before this date.

How to return or exchange

There is no need to contact us if you wish to exchange or return items, simply download the return/exchange form, complete this fully and post to the address at the bottom of the form.
